Why rent before you go
Getting a scooter at the park is the hardest part of the day.
Park rental counters open with the gates, hand out scooters first come first served, and are usually empty by mid-morning. That means lining up early, hoping one is left, and walking back to the counter to return it before closing.
We skip all of that. Your scooter is at your Anaheim hotel the night before, charged and reserved under your name. Ride it from the lobby, through the gates, around the park, and back to your room. Park days are long; you should spend yours enjoying them, not chasing a rental.

Do you deliver to my hotel?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals throughout Anaheim and the resort district. Enter where you're staying at checkout.
How far will the scooter go on one charge?
We guarantee 8 hours of use on a full charge, enough for a full park day. Plug it in overnight in your room using the charger we provide and it's ready again by morning.
Do I need a license or a medical note?
No license or prescription is needed to rent a mobility scooter. Riders must be adults and sign our rental agreement and waiver at delivery.
What if the scooter stops working?
Text the number on the scooter. We bring a replacement to your hotel. Swaps are free.
Can I change or cancel my dates?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or text the number on it and we'll move your dates. See the rental agreement below for the cancellation window.
How do I book and pay?

Mobility Scooter Rental Agreement
This agreement is between Scott Mobility Scooters LLC ("we", "us") and the renter named at delivery ("you").
1. Rental period
The rental begins at delivery and ends at the agreed pickup time. Late pickups beyond 2 hours are billed at the daily rate.
2. Payment and deposit
The rate is $75 per day. The first day is paid at booking or at delivery; any additional days are paid at delivery. No deposit is collected.
3. Delivery and pickup
We deliver to and collect from the hotel, resort, or rental address you give us. You agree to have the scooter available at the agreed pickup time and location.
4. Your responsibilities
Operate the scooter safely and only as instructed.
Keep it charged using the supplied charger.
Do not let anyone under 18, or anyone not named on this agreement, operate it.
Do not ride in rain, through standing water, on stairs, or on roads open to vehicle traffic.
Report any damage or malfunction to us immediately.
5. Damage, loss, and theft
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, and for the full replacement cost of $___ if the scooter is lost or stolen while in your care.
6. Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Later cancellations are charged one day's rate.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Rentals are provided in and around Anaheim, California.
In exchange for renting a mobility scooter from Scott Mobility Scooters LLC, I agree to the following:
I understand the risks. Operating a mobility scooter carries a risk of injury from tipping, collisions, uneven ground, weather, and the actions of others. I accept those risks.
I am fit to operate it. I confirm I can safely operate the scooter, I have received instruction on its controls, and I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating it.
I release Scott Mobility Scooters LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from my use of the scooter, except where caused by their gross negligence.
I will indemnify Scott Mobility Scooters LLC against claims by third parties arising from my use of the scooter.
This release is binding on me, my family, heirs, and representatives, and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
I have read this release and sign it freely.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed when your Square payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email. The Rental Agreement and Release of Liability govern every rental and are signed at delivery.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book a rental.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim related to this website or a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.

When you book with us we collect your name, phone number, hotel or delivery address, rental dates, and payment details needed to complete the rental. This website itself does not collect your information or use tracking cookies.

How long we keep it
